How Do I Offer This?
Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is the perfect combination of personalized attention, accountability and camaraderie at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 personal training. Session sizes are limited to no more than 6 people to maintain the highest quality training while at an affordable rate.





















The Details
Session and Membership Info
  • Sessions are around 50 minutes in length.

  • No long-term contracts. All memberships are month to month.

  • If you're spouse ends up becoming a member they'll get 15% off of their membership.

  • All sessions include a 15 minute window after your session to ask any question you have. Nutrition, weight loss, anything.

Private Coaching
30 Minute Session

Need some extra help with your nutrition? During your session, we will meet 1 on 1 together to help remove whatever roadblock that is currently in your way towards getting healthier. Whether it be needing help with your nutrition, breaking through a weight loss plateau or wanting to get rid of nagging joint pain, coaching is the solution.
