Small Group Personal Training 

Small Group Personal Training is the perfect combination of personalized attention, accountability and camaraderie at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 personal training. Each session is specifically designed to help you decrease body fat, increase muscle tone and reduce current aches and pains.

Small Group Personal Training (Mobility)

Small Group Mobility Sessions are designed to not only reduce current aches and pains but also to prevent them from happening in the future. Each session focuses on improving the health of your joints, so that you can continue to be healthy, active and pain-free as you age without the need for surgeries and symptom focused treatment in the future.

  • Monday: 9:15 am, 10:30 am, 11:45 am

  • Tuesday: 4:00 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:30 pm

  • Wednesday: 9:15, 10:30 am, 11:45 am

  • Thursday: 4:00 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:30 pm

  • Saturday: 9:15 am, 10:30 am

*All session times on the schedule are for Small Group Personal Training unless labeled "Mobility" for Mobility Sessions.

Weight School

Whether you are looking to lose weight permanently or simply improve your health, fitness or nutrition, Weight School is for you.

Weight School is a 90 minute seminar specifically designed to help you change your behavior and teach you exactly what you need to be doing in order to achieve your optimal health and weight.

Private Coaching
Weight Loss / Joint Health

Weight Loss

In order to change our bodies, we must have both an effective strategy and an ability to follow through on that strategy. Coaching will help you with both of these things. During our session, I will help you remove whatever roadblock is in your way, so that you can achieve your ideal health and weight.


Cost: $75/Session

Joint Health

If you are struggling with a persistent ache or pain then Joint Health Coaching may be the solution. During our session I will teach you how to improve the health of your joints so that you can increase your mobility and get out of pain.
