Small Group Personal Training is the perfect combination of personalized attention, accountability and camaraderie at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 personal training. Each session is designed to help you decrease body fat, increase muscle tone and reduce current aches and pains.
Small Group Personal Training (Mobility)
Small Group Mobility Sessions are designed to not only reduce current aches and pains but also to prevent them from happening in the future. Each session focuses on improving the health of your joints, so that you can continue to be healthy, active and pain-free as you age without the need for surgeries and symptom focused treatment in the future.
