Small Group Personal Training is the perfect combination of personalized attention, accountability and camaraderie at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 personal training.
*Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Need some extra help? Strategy sessions are designed to help you remove whatever roadblock that is currently in your way towards getting healthier. Whether it be weight loss, lack of motivation, plateaus, nutrition or joint health, strategy sessions are the solution.
